By placing an order on Lovelynestco, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, do not use the site or place an order.

1. Who we are. Lovelynestco operates this store under its own name. We write our own product listings, manage our own inventory, and handle our own order fulfillment, customer service, and returns. The product categories and styles shown on this site describe what we sell.

2. Orders and acceptance. An order is an offer to purchase, and it is accepted when we send a shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order if the product is unavailable, if payment cannot be verified, or if the shipping address cannot be confirmed. If we cancel after payment has been captured, the amount is refunded to the original payment method.

3. Pricing and payment. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Shipping is free within the contiguous United States, as described in the Shipping Policy. Payment is accepted via Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. The total shown at checkout is the amount charged; no handling fees are added after checkout.

4. Returns and refunds. The Return & Refund Policy forms part of these terms. The 14-day return window, the free-return process, and the 1–2 business day refund processing time described there apply to orders placed through this site.

5. Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, Lovelynestco is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the site or from products purchased through it. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer protection law.

6. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

7. Changes. We may update these terms when our operations change. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Orders are governed by the terms in effect when the order was placed.
