Lovelynestco collects information you provide directly and information generated when you use the site.

What we collect and why. When you place an order, we collect your name, shipping address, email address, and payment details. Payment details are processed by our payment gateway and by PayPal; we do not store full card numbers on our servers. We also keep order history and correspondence when you contact us about a purchase.

When you browse the site, we collect standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and referring URL. We use this to keep the site functioning, understand which pages are used, and detect abusive traffic. We do not sell personal information or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Who we share it with. We share information with service providers who perform functions necessary to complete your order: payment processors, shipping carriers, and email delivery providers. These providers receive only the information needed for their specific function.

Your rights under GDPR and CCPA/CPRA. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request correction or deletion, restrict or object to certain processing, and receive a portable copy of the data you provided. Our lawful basis for processing order data is performance of a contract; for site analytics, it is our legitimate interest in maintaining a functional, secure site.

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what categories of personal information we collect and disclose, the right to delete personal information we collected from you, the right to correct inaccurate information, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We will confirm receipt and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Cookies. We use cookies that are necessary for the cart and checkout to work, and cookies that help us understand site usage in aggregate. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; blocking necessary cookies may prevent checkout from functioning.

Retention. Order records are kept for as long as needed to handle returns, refunds, and legal obligations. Analytics data is retained in aggregate. When data is no longer needed, it is deleted.
